Some campaigns consist of only a single communication, like the above solicitation. Other campaigns have a wider use, such as automated email campaigns. The below single-game automated email campaign was built all at once, but scheduled out based on when a customer purchased. From the day of purchase, each email was sent out with a week of buffer in between the last send.  This allows the purchaser to receive their individualized product information in a more digestible way.
The ideation of these campaigns is decided at the group level. Managers and leadership from Legends and Northwestern come together to decide the best way to tackle these projects. After that, the creation of the entire campaign is handed off to me. I handle the creative, asset generation, copywriting, segmentation and overall functionality of the campaign.
